Shipping policy

At The Coffee Workshop, we roast specialty coffee in small batches in Ras Al Khaimah and ship it fresh across the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping rates
• Flat shipping fee of AED 30 on all orders within the UAE.
• Delivery charges to remote areas may vary.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Because our coffee is roasted to order for freshness, please allow additional time during busy periods.

Delivery times
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days across the UAE after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other events outside our control.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
